Comprises a 7 square mile area of South Scottsdale. It lies between Loop 202 in the south and Thomas Road in the north. The western boundary is quite complex and runs along 56th Street, 64th Street, Scottsdale Road and McClintock Drive. The eastern boundary runs along Pima Road.

It includes Papago Plaza, Eldorado Park, McKellips Park, Coronado Golf Course, Green Acres Cemetery, Sky Song the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center and Vista del Camino Park.
