Comprises a 4 square mile area of North Central Scottsdale. It lies north of Chaparral Road and south of Indian Bend Road. The western boundary is Scottsdale Road while the eastern boundary runs along Highway 101.

It includes Silverado Golf Club, McCormick Railroad Park, Chaparral park, Agua Linda Park, Scottsdale Shopping Center, Hilton Village and Scottsdale Pavilions (south).
