Comprises a 7 square mile area of Central Scottsdale. It mainly lies north of Thomas Road and south of Chaparral Road. The western boundary is complex but runs along Jokake Road for much of its length. The eastern boundary runs along Pima Road and Loop 101.

It includes Scottsdale Fashion Square, The Scottsdale Waterfront, Camelback Miller Plaza, Scottsdale Mall, Paiute Park, Continental Golf Course, Scottsdale Stadium, Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Hospital, Indian School Park, Villa Monterey Golf Course and Chestnut Park.
